Imelius OOD with first sod of a logistics facility in IP Sofia-Bozhurishte
With a first sod ceremony Imelius OOD put an official start of the construction of a logistics base in IP Sofia-Bozhurishte. The event marked yet another investment in one of the most dynamically developing industrial zones in the country.
The ceremony, together with the company’s management, was attended by the Executive Director of NCIZ EAD Angel Tanev.
The project envisages the construction of a modern logistics building on a 7350 sq. m., site, designed in accordance with modern European standards. The total amount of the investment is BGN 7 million, the facility is to be equipped with energy efficient systems, optimised logistics and sustainable resource management.
"I would especially like to thank the team at Imelius for choosing to do this project here. This is an investment that will not only improve the logistic connectivity in the region, but will also contribute to the better utilization of the industrial potential of Sofia region," said Angel Tanev.
