Management meeting of the companies within NCIZ
From 24 to 25 April 2024 in Stara Zagora was held the first meeting of the management of the companies, part of the structure of the National Company Industrial Zones EAD.
The meeting was attended by the heads of "Industrial and Logistics Park - Burgas" AD, "Industrial Zone Zagore" AD, "Free Zone - Ruse" EAD, "Industrial Terrains and Warehouses" EAD and "Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone" EAD, who discussed current problems and cases related to the management of each of the zones, actions taken and tasks completed in the first quarter of the year, the upcoming goals and plans for the first six months of 2024 and the planned activities by the end of the calendar year. The need for exchange of experience between the different zones and parks, managed by NCIZ, was taken into account.
Currently, NCIZ is the sole owner of the capital of three independent companies – "Free Zone – Ruse" EAD, "Industrial Terrains and Warehouses" EAD and "Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone" EAD, the latest being the first sector-oriented industrial zone - towards development of the automotive industry. "Industrial and Logistics Park - Burgas" is a joint project of NCIZ and Burgas Municipality. Since January 2019, together with the Municipality of Stara Zagora, NCIZ is also a shareholder in Industrial Zone Zagore AD.
In view of the development of a good economic environment in the country, the main objective of the National Company Industrial Zones EAD is priority support of investment activities and assistance to the business for the successful implementation of projects in the industrial parks through established infrastructure and favourable conditions for investment.
