NCIZ opens a park space and parking in IP Sofia - Bozhurishte
On 6 July 2023 “National Company Industrial Zones” EAD opened its newly built facilities - a parking lot and a park space in the Industrial park Sofia Bozhurishte - the industrial park near Sofia is a pilot project for the company and a major attraction for investor interest in the country.
Guests at the event were representatives of the investor companies, positioned in the industrial park, representatives of InvestBulgaria Agency /IBA/, representatives of higher educational institutions, partners of NCIZ and other guests.
The newly opened park space was built following the project of Anita Mihaleva - a graduate of the University of Forestry and Landscape Architecture, who won the first place in the competition for students in Landscape Architecture for project proposals towards improving and landscaping of the adjacent spaces in IP Sofia – Bozhurishte under the project “Complementary development with a service function - office to an existing office building and landscaping of green areas with construction of an outdoor fitness area".
The second newly opened site in IP Sofia - Bojurishte is a parking lot with 100 parking spaces, which meets the most modern requirements. The site has 4 parking spaces for people with disabilities, as well as two spaces for electric cars with charging stations with a power of 22kW.
