Symbolic first sod marks the beginning of construction works for Zagore-Elenino Industrial Park
With a public ceremony and a symbolic first sod, the construction of the Zagore-Elenino industrial park was officially launched.
The project has been realized with the financial support of the Ministry of innovation and Growth under the National Sustainability and Recovery Plan through the AttractInvestBG Industrial Zones and Parks Programme. The total amount of investment is BGN 17,3 million, of which 14 million is grant aid.
The realisation of the project is expected to attract investments amounting to BGN 500 million and to create more than 1000 new work places. There is already active investor interest in the industrial zone – over 330 000 sq. m. of the plots in the second stage – Elenino have already been sold.
The project includes the construction of a modern road, water supply and sewage and electrical infrastructure, as well as a parking lot with 94 spaces, including for electric and heavy-goods vehicles.
