Partnership between universities and public enterprises for professional realization of students
„National Company Industrial Zones“ EAD, presented by Radostina Sitova - member of the Board of Directors, was part of a meeting in Varna with the participation of the Minister of Economy and Industry Bogdan Bogdanov, organized by Varna University of Economics. The meeting was also attended by the Regional Governor of the city and businessmen from the region.
At the forum were presented the opportunities for practical training of young specialists in the state administration and for individual student internships at the Ministry of Economy and Industry and its structures. During the meeting was emphasized the importance of cooperation between universities and local authorities to improve the investment climate and economic situation in Bulgaria.
On its part, as a state-owned company that develops and manages industrial parks and zones, NCIZ EAD strives to support the realization of young graduates through professional internships or permanent employment in companies, part of the industrial parks, managed by the company. The aim of the partnership between NCIZ EAD and the Bulgarian universities is to overcome youth unemployment and reduce the discrepancies between supply and demand of professional staff and the shortage of quality specialists in key sectors.
NCIZ EAD also actively participates in the Bulgaria Wants You initiative, which works for the return of young Bulgarians from abroad and shows the growing opportunities for their realization in our country.
